About the Role

As a Sales Engineer Manager, you will serve as the technical bridge between our sales team and prospective clients. In this role, you will design, present, and refine IT solutions that address the unique needs of potential customers, ensuring they align with both client requirements and our Managed Services Provider (MSP) capabilities. You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, articulating the technical benefits of our services and helping clients understand the value of proposed solutions.

Your day-to-day involves conducting technical assessments and discovery sessions to gather requirements, evaluating client infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, and creating detailed architecture diagrams. You will lead product demonstrations and presentations, customizing your message to highlight how our solutions solve specific client challenges. Beyond the technical design, you will build strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a liaison between sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery.
