About the Role
The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role is not your typical retail job; it is an opportunity to execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. You will create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center, cultivating strong relationships while providing technical and product knowledge.
In this role, you will drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values. You will maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolve issues, and leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness. This position is based in Allen Park, MI, or Taylor, MI.
