About the Role
Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, the Sales Associate—affectionately known as a "Shade Specialist"—is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience. This role has a direct and immediate impact on the success of Blenders. The Shade Specialist brings a positive attitude and professional vibe, always willing to go above and beyond for our customers. You will be the face of the brand, communicating our values while anticipating customer needs and offering exceptional style advice.

Position Details
This is a part-time position operating out of our Pacific Beach location. The retail store is open Monday through Sunday, requiring flexibility with your weekly schedule (minimum 3 days of availability) and weekend availability.
