About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget, and dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses while providing necessary lens training. Your day will involve educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care, maintaining accurate records, and communicating order status to ensure a seamless experience. You will also keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards while supporting inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
