About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spencer's is dedicated to maintaining exceptional Guest Services in line with Company Standards. This role serves as a vital support to the Store Management Team, driving sales and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Day-to-day, you will manage a variety of store operations including housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing. You will also handle POS operations and contribute to loss prevention efforts, all while adhering to company policies and procedures. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand or walk for 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
