About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of your shift, whether full-time or part-time. Your day will involve greeting customers promptly with courtesy, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and ensuring the store is always ready for business. You will act as the first line of defense for customer satisfaction, resolving conflicts using our "MAKE IT RIGHT" method while actively promoting the Huck's Bucks Loyalty App to help customers maximize their savings.

Beyond customer interaction, you will handle essential operational tasks including accurate cash handling, register operations, and merchandising to keep shelves fully stocked and displays attractive. You will also play a vital role in maintaining safety and security standards, from proper equipment use to protecting company assets. This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, such as emergencies or workload shifts, while always treating co-workers and customers with dignity and respect.
