About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will be the backbone of our seasonal store operations. You will partner closely with the Store Management Team to bring the store to life, handling everything from the initial setup and merchandising to the final pack-up and teardown. Your role is vital in maintaining high Guest Services standards while ensuring the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.
In this position, you will be on the front lines of the customer experience. Your day-to-day activities will include generating sales, managing Point of Sale (POS) operations, and executing loss prevention strategies. You will also be responsible for the visual appeal of the store through sign waving, general housekeeping, and precise pricing and merchandising tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires physical stamina, as you will be climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, often standing or walking for 8-hour shifts.
