About the Role
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween supports the Store Management Team in the dynamic setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is essential for maintaining high Guest Services standards while driving sales and ensuring a safe, organized environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move items up to 50 pounds, as well as standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rates range from $14.00 to $14.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. The role offers unique earning opportunities through Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications.
