About the Role
The Sales Associate is the face of Guest Services, responsible for maintaining the store environment and supporting the Store Management Team. This role is central to driving sales while ensuring a safe and organized shopping experience. The position requires active engagement in housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations, all while adhering to strict company policies and loss prevention standards.
Physical Requirements
This position involves significant physical activity, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours. Associates must be capable of climbing ladders and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Hiring Process & Eligibility
Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to apply. The hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $14.25, dependent on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may include contest prize awards and bonuses, subject to eligibility.
