We are currently hiring for our Baxter, MN location at Costco. This role is designed for positive, energetic, and sales-focused professionals who are passionate about being brand ambassadors for Qunol and Zena (Liquid Collagen). It is an ideal opportunity for those looking to supplement their income through part-time work, with the potential to transition into a full-time position for those who consistently meet sales goals.
Our mission is to build a highly motivated sales team dedicated to promoting the highest quality Collagen, CoQ10, and Turmeric products, all of which are top-rated in the nutritional supplement industry. Representatives will be trained to actively demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of these products to customers.
The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you will energetically engage customers to promote and increase sales. This position requires a self-starter who is highly motivated by goals and loves interacting with people. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals while maintaining a professional outward appearance and communicating clearly.
The role involves standing for extended periods (with breaks) and carrying items up to 35 lbs. A key part of the job is utilizing a cell phone with texting and MMS capabilities to send photos as needed. Shifts typically run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Sunday often being a high-commission day. While shifts may extend to 6:00 PM, you receive credit for all sales generated during your time on the floor.
Hiring Process
To be considered for this position, applicants must submit a current resume and answer all screening questions. Successful candidates will undergo training to effectively represent the brand. Performance reviews are conducted after 90 days of employment.
