About the Role
This critical role serves as the guardian of our operational integrity. The Safety Manager will oversee and enhance safety protocols specifically tailored for our production environments. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety regulations and programs designed to ensure worker safety, facility safety, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
In this position, you will not only manage compliance but also foster a culture of safety. You will advise on various safety-related topics, proposing strategic solutions based on the latest industry standards. Your day-to-day involves conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and hazard prevention, coordinating training sessions for employees on safety practices and emergency procedures, and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure the organization meets all requirements.
