DTS is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform Administrator to manage the daily administration, configuration, and support of a Salesforce environment for a direct client in Pontiac, MI. This role is critical for overseeing the platform's reliability, security, integration, and performance while providing advanced user support and driving enhancements across departments.
The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable solutions through deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations. Daily responsibilities involve managing users and permissions, maintaining reports, building flows, supporting integrations with external systems, and troubleshooting issues. Success in this position requires strong analytical and communication abilities to collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes.
While experience within county or local government environments is highly desirable, it is not required. Preferred candidates will hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant.
