The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, data management, and system integrations. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver key project outcomes. Daily responsibilities include managing users and permissions, maintaining reports, building flows, supporting integrations with external systems, and troubleshooting issues.
Experience working within county or local government environments is highly desirable, though not required. Success in this position requires strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills, as well as the ability to guide users through training and best practices.
