About the Role
Under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Ryan White Program Manager acts as the primary subject matter expert for the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) administered Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. This position is critical for ensuring the integrity of our service delivery, compliance with funding agreements, and the continuous improvement of our programs.
You will oversee the Prevention and Medical Case Management (MCM) teams, fostering strong collaboration between AHC clinics, accounting, and patient access departments. As an AHC ambassador, you will build and maintain multi-sector partnerships with funders, peer organizations, and community members. The role requires close coordination with data specialists and accounting teams to review service and population health data, ensuring that all reporting to local, state, and federal agencies is accurate and timely.
The Day-to-Day
Your work will center on maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. You will serve as a key liaison between clinical programs, case management, and prevention services, working closely with the Associate Medical Director to ensure continuity of care. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to monitoring monthly reports and dashboards, utilizing tools like Provide Enterprise and Azara to identify opportunities for formative improvement.
You will represent AHC at critical funding recipient cohort meetings, including SC DPH Director and Peer Review meetings, the SC DPH HIV Planning Council, and the QM Steering Committee. Additionally, you will coordinate audit site visits, support grant proposal development, and assist senior leadership in maintaining compliance with certifications such as AAAHC, FTCA, PCMH, and UDS.
