About the Role
As a Route Trainee, you will take the first step toward a rewarding career in service and customer care. This dynamic, field-based role is designed for individuals eager to grow and build a strong foundation in a customer-focused environment. You will receive hands-on training through our robust Service Certificate Program while supporting daily operations and preparing to transition into a full-time Route Service Representative role.
Your day will be a blend of learning and doing. You will assist with deliveries, service, and route coverage while learning multiple customer accounts. Whether you are loading and unloading route trucks, transporting clean garments to customers, or stepping in to manage established routes during absences, you will represent UniFirst on the road. This is a physically active role that requires energy and attention to detail, offering a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
