Route Sales Representative

About the Role

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. In this position, you will drive a FritoLay truck to deliver, sell, and merchandize our complete line of products—including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

You will work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records throughout the day. While the role is physical and requires you to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift, it offers a fun, fast-paced environment where you can build relationships and grow sales through effective displays and national initiatives.

Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative, FritoLay is investing in your growth. This role serves as a gateway to career opportunities within FritoLay or our parent company, PepsiCo. You will begin with four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members before running your own route with a set schedule.

Please note that we operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays.
