Route Sales Representative

About the Role

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. In this position, you will drive a FritoLay truck to local stores—including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores—to deliver, sell, and merchandize our complete line of products, including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. You will work independently to unload orders, partner with store managers to increase sales, and maintain daily records.

While you will start as a Route Sales Representative, we are investing in your growth. This role can open the door to career opportunities within FritoLay or our parent company, PepsiCo. You will learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members. As you progress, you will run routes, experience different stores, meet new customers, and grow sales by building relationships and completing national initiatives.

This is a physical, fast-paced role where you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Because we operate 24 hours a day, you may not have a typical schedule; team members often work weekends and holidays. However, the goal is to attain a route with set days off and a consistent schedule over time.
