Route Sales Representatives are critical to FritoLay's success. In this position, you will drive a company truck to deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay's complete line of products—including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
You will work independently to unload orders, arrange product displays, and partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain records. While the role is physical and requires being on your feet for the entirety of your shift, it offers a fun, fast-paced environment where you can build relationships and grow sales through effective merchandising.
Although you will start as a Route Sales Representative, FritoLay is investing in your long-term development. This role serves as a gateway to career opportunities within FritoLay or its parent company, PepsiCo. New team members undergo four to six weeks of dedicated training in driving and selling before running their own routes.
Because we operate 24 hours a day, you may not have a typical 9-to-5 schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. However, the goal is to attain a route with a set schedule and designated days off over time.
Our application is designed to be efficient, taking only 20-25 minutes to complete on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview rather than making you jump through hoops. After submitting your application, simply keep an eye on your email for the next steps.
