About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you are the first point of contact for our guests' comfort and satisfaction. Your day begins with a supportive team huddle, setting the stage for a shift focused on delivering outstanding service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. You will be responsible for transforming guest rooms into pristine sanctuaries, performing tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities. Beyond the routine, you will respond to special guest requests with a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of hospitality and integrity.
