About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at OSUMC, you will be accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with our standards. Your primary mission is to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care tailored to the specific needs of individuals across the lifespan.
In this role, you will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on your assigned unit. You will interpret patient data to identify age-specific requirements and develop, modify, and implement comprehensive plans of care. Adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and OSUMC Patient Care policies and procedures is essential to maintaining the integrity of our care delivery.
