As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will maintain established standards of care, policies, objectives, and goals while administering professional nursing to all patients. Your role involves identifying patient needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment, planning and delegating care based on those needs, and evaluating patient responses to ensure progress toward expected outcomes. You will be accountable for the outcomes of patient care delivered during your assigned shift.
This position is ideal for new RN graduates looking to transition from student to professional nurse through our dedicated Nurse Residency Program. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to prioritize and adapt to changing tasks frequently. Department-specific competencies must be completed within the provisional period.
