This Registered Nurse position is dedicated to maintaining established standards of care, policies, objectives, and goals while administering professional nursing to all patients. The role involves identifying patient needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment, planning and delegating care based on those needs, and evaluating patient responses to ensure progress toward expected outcomes. The RN is fully accountable for the outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift. This position welcomes new RN graduates and offers a supportive environment to transition from student to professional nurse through the Nurse Residency Program.
