About the Opportunity
Solutions by Sanford is seeking an experienced RN Traveler to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. About the Role
As a traveling RN, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients across a variety of acute care settings. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and recognizing changes in patient conditions to ensure timely responses. You will administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately in accordance with provider orders and facility policies.
Collaboration is key to your success; you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. A significant part of your role involves educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions to promote understanding and self-care. You will also maintain strict infection prevention standards and participate in safe handoffs and interdisciplinary rounds to support continuity of care.

To qualify for the RN Traveler at Mind Body Solutions position, applicants should have: Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice (and/or compact license as applicable); BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred or required depending on unit; Additional unit-specific certifications such as PALS, NRP, or TNCC as applicable; Minimum recent acute care hospital experience in a relevant specialty; and Immunizations, TB testing, and other occupational health clearances per facility requirements.
