About the Opportunity
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for Telemetry positions. This role offers a unique chance to work within a supportive environment where the focus is on partnership rather than just employment. The position is structured as a 3x12 Nights shift schedule, designed to provide stability and flexibility for experienced nursing professionals.
Requirements & Onboarding
To ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety, candidates must possess current State Licensure and at least one year of recent clinical experience. The hiring process requires a comprehensive set of documentation and health clearances, including a current resume, two clinical references, and up-to-date certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or specialty-specific credentials.
Candidates must also complete a full health screening package within the last 12 months, which includes a physical exam, TB skin test, respiratory fit test, and titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella. Additionally, current Tdap and Flu vaccinations are mandatory. All selected candidates must successfully pass pre-employment background checks and urine drug screenings.
