About the Role
In the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. You will serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, implementing and monitoring care plans while assessing and communicating patient conditions. Your role involves carrying out physician and nursing orders and coordinating discharge planning needs with the broader healthcare team.
