You will join the Progressive Care Units, which include the Cardiac PCU, Cardiothoracic Stepdown, Cardiopulmonary PCU, Post Cardiac Intervention/Surgical PCU, and Stroke/Medical PCU. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
You will utilize critical thinking, management, and problem-solving skills to differentiate urgency in your role as a clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional developer. Your practice will be guided by the Code of Ethics for Nurses, the American Nursing Association standards, and the Florida Nurse Practice Act. You will collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and contribute to quality improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a $7,000 relocation bonus and a housing stipend of $1,800 per month for three months for qualifying candidates (half the amount for part-time). Night shift employees receive a $6.00/hr differential.
