At the Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility in Mandan, ND, the Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in the daily lives of our residents. This position is designed to provide individualized nursing care by utilizing the full nursing process—from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team of providers to create and execute comprehensive care plans.
In this role, you will care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You may also serve as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe, reliable administration of care. Your work will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 PM). The schedule includes every third weekend and rotating holidays. We offer competitive compensation, generous shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
