As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Gss Nd Mandan Sunset facility, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. Your role involves collaborating with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards while caring for residents through all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
In this position, you may serve as the charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. You will ensure safe and reliable administration of care by providing adequate support and assistance to your team. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, while functioning within the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.
This is a part-time position located at 1011 Boundary Street Northwest, Mandan, ND 58554. The role operates on 12-hour day shifts with a weekly commitment of 12 hours.
