You will join a dynamic team within the OR Operating Room AIP at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. This full-time position focuses on providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within the Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room levels of care.
The role values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. You will prioritize wellness, maintain a patient perspective, and apply evidence-based practice in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. A key part of your day will involve modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth, while contributing to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
Clinical Educators will support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. The position adheres to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards as part of our evidence-based care models.
