About the Role
Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee on-site medical services at the Waushara County Jail in Wautoma, Wisconsin. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to practice nursing with autonomy while guiding the day-to-day delivery of care in a structured correctional healthcare environment.
In this solo RN leadership role, you will serve as the primary clinical authority at the facility. Unlike roles defined by crowded units and constant interruptions, this position provides a focused setting where your clinical judgment and leadership truly matter. You will coordinate care, support patient needs, and ensure quality medical services are delivered with professionalism and integrity.

You will collaborate with an experienced regional medical support team while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) that supports work-life balance.
