About the Role
As an RN Med Tele PRN, you will join a dynamic team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role embodies our vision and values, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, collaborating with medical providers to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
Your day will involve assessing patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status. You will perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation while administering medications and managing therapeutic responses. A key part of your role is providing exceptional care by proactively anticipating patient needs and resolving them, as well as educating patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans in clear, understandable terms.
