About the Role
HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our PACU and Pre-Op team. In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, high-quality perioperative care. Requirements
- verifiedCurrent unrestricted RN license in applicable state

- verifiedCertification in perioperative nursing (e.g., CNOR) preferred

- verifiedPrevious leadership or charge nurse experience in PACU and/or Pre-Op
Nice to Have
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred or obtained within specified timeframe). Certification in perioperative nursing (e.g., CNOR) preferred. Certification in post-anesthesia nursing (e.g., CPAN/CAPR) preferred. Previous leadership or charge nurse experience in PACU and/or Pre-Op.
