We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Long-Term Care unit at the Providence Child Center in Portland, Oregon. This full-time night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) serves a unique and diverse population of 46 beds, caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Our residents include children with complex developmental and neurological conditions, as well as adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Many require long-term ventilator support and tracheostomy care, while all residents need assistance with activities of daily living.
The role is defined by a deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care within a nurturing environment. You will coordinate care activities with an interdisciplinary team, including respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, and social work, to provide holistic support. Our unit is renowned for exceptional continuity of care, fostering deep relationships between caregivers, residents, and families.
