About the Role
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a critical member of the care team, demonstrating advanced critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership. This role is dedicated to the anticipation and strategic planning of care for patients undergoing diagnostic endoscopy procedures.
Working in close coordination with the broader Endoscopy team, the RN is responsible and accountable for the comprehensive planning, direction, and provision of nursing care. This includes adhering to physician orders, applying recognized nursing techniques, and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
