About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline responder, providing rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based care. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to manage everything from routine emergencies to critical stabilization. Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform rapid triage and ongoing assessment of ED patients
- check_circleAdminister medications, treatments, and IV therapy per protocol
- check_circleMonitor, interpret, and document vital signs and patient responses
- check_circleAssist with emergency procedures and stabilization of critical patients
- check_circleCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans
- check_circleProvide patient and family education and support
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely electronic health records documentation
- check_circleFollow infection prevention and safety protocols
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS)
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- verifiedPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- verifiedTrauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
- verifiedEmergency nursing experience preferred
Nice to Have
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred. Emergency nursing experience preferred.
