In this critical position, you will serve as the frontline responder for acute and emergent conditions. You will triage patients using established protocols, administer medications and IV therapies safely, and utilize cutting-edge technology to monitor patient status. Beyond clinical duties, you will champion safety and quality standards, document accurately in the EHR, and educate patients and families on diagnosis and discharge instructions. This role is designed for a nurse who thrives in dynamic emergency response situations and is eager to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
