At SCL Health Medical Group Clinics, this position serves as a strategic partner to Clinic Managers, dedicated to developing Medical Assistant Teams and Leads. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, refining protocols, and fostering team growth to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Medical Assistant Scope of Practice, collaborating closely with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy, and other system resources. Your day-to-day involves coaching providers and MAs to build trusting relationships, creating and standardizing essential protocols, and driving quality improvement initiatives that enhance the integrated primary care experience.
