A Clinical Practice Specialist serves as a strategic liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and operational teams. This role bridges the gap between frontline care and organizational goals, ensuring that workflows, policies, and clinical practices support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
As healthcare continues shifting toward outpatient and ambulatory settings, the Clinical Practice Specialist has become one of the most influential roles in ensuring high-quality patient care. CPS professionals are known for their ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and drive results in fast-paced clinical environments. Nurses with outpatient clinic experience are uniquely positioned to excel in this role, bringing a blend of clinical expertise, operational awareness, and cross-department collaboration.
In this position, you will serve Plains Regional Medical Center (Clovis) and Dr. Dan C. Trigg (Tucumcari), supporting the transition to outpatient care models while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
