About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Clinical Manager to lead the Ortho Spine Department. This role is designed for a results-driven leader ready to make a meaningful impact on patients, caregivers, and the community. You will be responsible for day-to-day shift operations, managing human resources in a cost-effective manner, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. In this position, you will serve as a bridge between administration and staff, helping employees understand administrative decisions while fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork. You will also act as a key liaison for patients, families, physicians, and management, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrent California RN License
- verifiedAssociates Degree in Nursing or Advanced
- verifiedCurrent American Heart Association BLS certification
- verifiedCurrent American Heart Association ACLS
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years clinical experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher. Previous management experience.
