About the Role
This position utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the patients assigned to you while evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. The role involves coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring patient rights are upheld, and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information. All duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

This role operates on a 7p-7a shift schedule, including rotational weekends and holidays.
