About the Role
This position utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the patients assigned to you, evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. The role involves coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments while strictly maintaining patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information. All duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
Unit Information
This role operates on a 7p-7a shift schedule, including rotational weekends and holidays.
