About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating patient assessment, education, triage, and interventions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age and population-specific standards while complying with the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role scheduled for Monday through Friday during day shifts. The position offers a predictable schedule with no weekends or holidays required. Experience in the field may be credited toward the wage range.
