About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, ranging from assessment and triage to patient education and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association. This role operates within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age and population-specific standards within the clinical setting.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position offering Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends or holidays required. The role is designed for those seeking a dynamic environment that balances high-energy clinical work with opportunities for development.
