This position is located onsite at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Transplant Medicine department. You will join a dynamic team providing top-of-scope practice in direct patient care within Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity. The role utilizes the nursing process to prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
You will value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes and contribute to securing safety and quality at the point of care. The environment is fast-paced and innovative, welcoming new knowledge. A key aspect of the role involves modeling proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. The position operates on a Day and Night Rotation schedule.
We offer a Night Shift Incentive Program that pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs, allowing you to work nights and earn more.
