This Registered Nurse position is a vital part of our onsite team, providing top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units with moderate to high patient acuity. You will join a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment where you are expected to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare or UCHealth. The role involves contributing to safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge and adapting to evolving clinical needs.
As a member of the team, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver care that reflects our core mission. Clinical Educators are available to support and guide your individualized specialty education and training, ensuring competency validation throughout your clinical orientation. You will work within evidence-based care models that incorporate AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards.
