About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be the vital link in the care continuum, providing direct, hands-on support to patients in an on-site setting. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized care plans.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as an educator, guiding patients and their families through diagnoses, medication management, and discharge planning. You will uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards while documenting care accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR). Whether precepting new staff or leading quality improvement initiatives, your critical thinking and compassion will drive the department's mission forward.
