Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlans and delivers nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations
- check_circleEvaluates and monitors residents' condition and provides professional nursing care
- check_circleInitiates emergency support measures when needed
- check_circleCoordinates resident admission, transfer, and discharge including documentation
- check_circlePerforms assessment functions to identify changes in residents' physical or psychological condition
- check_circleEnsures nursing history is present in medical records for all residents
Requirements
- verifiedNursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program
- verifiedCurrent, unencumbered RN license in Colorado
- verifiedCurrent valid CPR certification
- verified1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred
Nice to Have
1-3 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents; previous experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
