Medical City Healthcare is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care with a focus on compassion and precision. Our Healthcare & Medical Services department serves as the backbone of patient recovery, ensuring that every individual receives personalized attention throughout their care journey. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, where clinical excellence and professional growth go hand in hand.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital member of our on-site team, responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment where critical thinking and empathy intersect. You will not only manage direct patient care but also play a key role in educating patients and families, ensuring they are empowered with the knowledge needed for their recovery and follow-up.
Your day will involve developing and evaluating individualized care plans, monitoring patient status, and initiating appropriate interventions when changes occur. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to refine treatment strategies and discharge plans. Additionally, you will uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Opportunities to precept new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives further define this position as a platform for leadership and mentorship.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our team. The selection process typically involves an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by an interview with the hiring manager to discuss your clinical experience and alignment with our values. Candidates may also participate in a skills assessment or scenario-based discussion to demonstrate practical nursing competencies.
Medical City Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
