As a Risk Advisory Services Principal, you will join one of the fastest-growing public accounting firms and become part of a premier National Practice. This role is designed for an industry expert invigorated by exciting challenges and the opportunity to work with entrepreneurial principals.
In this position, you will provide leadership, management, and strategic direction to ensure an exceptional client service experience. You will translate the firm's vision into actionable business plans, collaborate with marketing to drive sales and service expansion, and oversee practice profitability. A key focus will be fostering an environment where associates can learn, grow, and receive meaningful development opportunities.
You will work closely with client executives to understand their businesses and manage financial and operational risks within their systems. This involves thinking independently and strategically to provide recommendations for business and process improvements, assessing and optimizing risk across areas such as operational audit, enterprise risk management (ERM), and SOX compliance. You will also be responsible for significant new business development, specifically targeting large health systems in the PA, NJ, and NY region.
