About the Role
We are looking for a positive, detail-focused, and reliable Machine Operator or Slitter/Rewind Operator to join our team. In this role, you will safely set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery to meet customer and production goals. Your day will involve completing machine setups, including loading materials and calibrating equipment, while monitoring the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and production quotas. You will also verify inventory regulations, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance to keep machinery operating efficiently. Paid on-the-job training is provided.
Work Schedule
This position operates Monday through Thursday for 10-hour shifts, with occasional Fridays.
